January is National Stalking Awareness Month and DVACK is active in raising Salina’s consciousness about this issue. Advocates will hold informational tables at both Kansas State Salina and Kansas Wesleyan. Our social networking sites will be refreshed daily during January with status updates regarding stalking. A display will be set up in downtown Salina for all members of the public to see in the Bargain Basket window. Furthermore, certificates of appreciation will be sent out to recognize people and organizations within our community who work to end stalking.
